Ordering

  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us via e-mail to info@swingscape.se

Delivery times

  • Our normal delivery times for stock items are 2-5 working days.
    ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
  • Does not apply to ordered goods, then the current delivery time is shown on the respective product.

We reserve the right to use the most suitable shipping carrier for your order. If the selected shipping method is delivery to an agent, your order can be booked with the following shipping method.

With Postnord Varubrev, the order is delivered to your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox . You will be notified when delivery to the door or in a bag on the box has been made.

Prices

  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are shown exclusive of VAT as a standard choice. When checking out, you will see the total price including VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to info@swingscape.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the item's original value in used or damaged item
  • Any shipping is not refunded, but only the value of the order itself.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. Note that the cost can be quite high for large products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom made product
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.

Unclaimed packages

  • Keep in mind that your package will only remain at your delivery point for 7-14 days depending on the shipping carrier. Unclaimed packages are returned to Swingscape AB, Bockasjögatan 12, 50430 Borås. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the customer, return shipping costs, shipping fee and handling fee. The handling fee is currently SEK 300.
  • Unreceived packages delivered with home delivery/pallet are charged with a return shipping cost of SEK 1200 and a handling fee of SEK 400.

Claims and complaints

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. It is the customer's obligation to check that the delivery is correct upon delivery. If any damage, error or deficiency is discovered, this must be reported to info@swingscape.se immediately. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will replace the parts that are damaged, repair or replace the product. If you do not complain within a week, you are considered to have accepted the delivery.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • It is important that you keep the packaging and the original packaging in the event of a complaint, regardless of visible damage to the packaging or not. Without packaging, we do not guarantee that we will approve the complaint.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. Visible shipping damage to a package is reported directly to the carrier/agent who must make a note of the damage on your waybill. Damages that have not been noted by the agent/driver are not compensated. Please inform the postal agent or distribution agent that the package is damaged so that the damage is noted on the delivery note and registered in the carrier's system.
  • A advertised item cannot be discarded before we have approved this in writing. If this is done on our own initiative, we cannot guarantee that the complaint can be handled or approved.

Limitation of liability

  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.     What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery.
    Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
